Effective Date: 26 May 2026 · Last Updated: 26 May 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website autocoatindia.com (the "Website") and any goods, equipment, services or quotations supplied by Autocoat Engineering India Pvt Ltd ("Autocoat", "we", "us" or "our"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at 403, Jaydeep Emphasis, Wagle Industrial Estate, Near Datta Mandir, Plot No. A-9, Thane (W), Maharashtra — 400604, India.
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order with Autocoat, you ("you", "Customer" or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or transact with us.

The Website is provided to inform you about Autocoat's products and services and to facilitate enquiries. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, photographs, drawings, technical illustrations, product specifications, schemas, code, logos, the "Autocoat" name, and the design of the Website itself — is owned by Autocoat or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view, download and print Website content solely for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction in marketing materials, training documents, third-party websites, or AI training datasets — requires our prior written consent.
Submitting any specification, drawing or content to Autocoat in connection with an enquiry grants Autocoat a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use such content solely for the purpose of preparing a Quotation and fulfilling any resulting Order.
Autocoat designs, manufactures, imports, installs and services industrial paint booths, spray booths, powder coating plants, pretreatment systems, ovens and related coating equipment for the Indian and Middle East markets.
Product images, dimensions, specifications, capacity figures and performance data published on the Website are indicative. Final technical specifications applicable to your Order will be those set out in the Quotation accepted by you.
Autocoat reserves the right to make engineering improvements, design changes, or component substitutions provided that overall form, fit, function and contracted performance are not materially impaired.
Submitting an enquiry through the Website, by email or by telephone does not create any contract or obligation. Autocoat will respond to enquiries with a Quotation only after assessing your stated requirements.
Quotations are valid for 30 (thirty) days from issue unless a different validity period is expressly stated in the Quotation. After expiry, prices, lead times and terms are subject to revision.
Quotations are based on the information supplied by the Customer at the time of enquiry. Material changes to product dimensions, throughput, paint chemistry, site conditions, or scope after Quotation issue may result in revised pricing and lead times.
An Order becomes binding when Autocoat issues a written Order Acknowledgement accepting the Customer's purchase order.
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR / Rs.) unless otherwise specified. Unless explicitly indicated as inclusive, prices are exclusive of:

All payments must be made by RTGS, NEFT, bank transfer or cheque favouring "Autocoat Engineering India Pvt Ltd" to the bank account specified in our invoice. GST e-invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
Title to Goods remains with Autocoat until full payment is received in cleared funds. Risk passes to the Customer on dispatch from our works (ex-works), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum (or such lower rate as may be the maximum permitted under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSMED Act) where applicable) calculated from the due date until the date of actual payment.
Lead times stated in Quotations are indicative and commence from the date of (a) receipt of confirmed Order with advance payment, and (b) Customer sign-off of GA drawings and technical specifications, whichever is later.
Standard paint booths typically dispatch within 4–8 weeks; larger custom plants, conveyorised lines and OEM projects within 8–16 weeks. Imported items (e.g., Chinese paint booths) require an additional 4–6 weeks for ocean freight and customs clearance.
Delivery shall be ex-works our Thane facility unless the Quotation specifies otherwise. Freight, insurance and unloading arrangements are the Customer's responsibility unless expressly included.
Delay caused by Customer-side actions (delayed approvals, site not ready, delayed milestone payments, change requests) shall extend the agreed delivery schedule by an equivalent period without liability to Autocoat.
Where installation is included in scope, the Customer shall provide, at no cost to Autocoat:
Commissioning shall be deemed complete and acceptance shall be deemed given upon the earlier of: (i) signing of the commissioning report by the Customer or its authorised representative; or (ii) commercial use of the Goods by the Customer for production purposes; or (iii) 14 days from successful test run, whichever is earliest.
Autocoat warrants that Goods of our manufacture shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier (the "Warranty Period").
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Autocoat's option, of the defective component, free of charge, ex-works our facility. Labour, travel and freight for warranty replacement, where applicable, shall be discussed case-by-case.
The warranty does not cover:
Imported Goods carry the original manufacturer's warranty terms as specified in the Quotation.
Autocoat offers annual maintenance contracts (AMC), spare parts supply, filter replacement, plant audits, revamping and consultancy services. Terms applicable to AMC and post-warranty service shall be governed by a separately executed service agreement.
Standard response time for service calls is 48–72 hours pan-India, subject to logistics. Emergency response (where contracted) is best-effort within 24 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Autocoat, its directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under any Contract caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, labour strikes, lock-outs, government action, supply chain disruption, port shutdown, transport failure, internet outage, or shortage of essential raw materials.
The affected party shall promptly notify the other party. Obligations shall be suspended during the force majeure period and resumed once the event ceases. If the event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected Order by written notice.
Each party agrees to treat as confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with any enquiry, Quotation or Contract, including technical drawings, pricing, customer lists, production data and proprietary processes.
This obligation survives termination of the Contract for a period of 3 years. It does not apply to information that is publicly available, was already known, is independently developed, or is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
Personal data collected through the Website (including enquiry forms) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By using the Website or submitting an enquiry, you consent to such processing.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites (including social-media platforms, blogs and supplier sites). Such links are provided for convenience only. Autocoat does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any linked third-party site. Access of such sites is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.
Either party may terminate a Contract for material breach not remedied within 30 days of written notice. Termination shall not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination, nor any clause expressly stated to survive (including but not limited to clauses 3, 12, 13, 15, 19 and 20).
These Terms, the Website and any Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Sale of Goods Act, 1930; the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended); the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and the Goods and Services Tax laws.
Subject to clause 20 (Dispute Resolution) below, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Contract.
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Contract, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation between authorised representatives for a period of 30 days from written notification of the dispute.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, or failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the said Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Thane, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding on both parties.
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, applicable law or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
For continuing customers, material changes will apply to new Orders placed after the effective date of revision. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the accepted Quotation, the Order Acknowledgement and any signed contract document, constitute the entire agreement between Autocoat and the Customer in relation to the subject matter, superseding all prior negotiations, representations or agreements (whether oral or written).
Any pre-printed terms on a Customer's purchase order that conflict with these Terms shall not apply unless expressly accepted by Autocoat in writing.
